Calendar Project

The goal of this project was to create a new design approach to calendars using some of the design principles we learned in our Design Principles and Strategies class. The calendar had to be non-standard, yet proportionally pleasing in size and shape, the calendar had to incorporate meaningful imagery that establishes a theme, and the calendar also had to incorporate physical action that addresses the passage of time.

The calendar I created was a standard (sun) Gregorian calendar (2007) as well as a lunar Islamic calendar (1428) . Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS2.
